How to Tell If You Have a Yeast Infection By Sibusisiwe Musevenzi

Yeast infections are very easy to tell in women. Here is how:

* Do you have rashes around your vaginal area? Does it itch and are you having whitish discharge that smells and looks like yogurt. That is probably a vaginal yeast infection symptom. But remember if you suspect otherwise. By all means get checked by the doctors. The first attack is very upsetting because you only know with an outbreak of the symptoms. Unlike with colds or flu, you can almost tell where you caught it and when it is starting.
* The symptoms can also spill over to between the legs just around the private parts area. The itching is terrible. You can't stop scratching but doing so damages your skin. That will lead to more infections.
* In the mouth, often around your tongue. If the colour has changed to white or creamish? Usually the whole tongue discolours. You probably can't taste your food normally. The tip should always be pinkish. If not that is probably another symptom.
* Armpits is another favourite place for candida to break out. Moisture is what they want. Rashes that itch and often reddish in colour. Darker skin is a bit harder to tell. The itch part is a very good sign of a yeast infection.
* Another not so comfortable place to have these symptoms is the breast area. Yes the part we don't dry properly and where sweat collects. The part where the bra sits. If the skin breaks that is very painful. Rashes that are very itchy are a sure symptom of yeast infection. This will only be a problem for those with bigger breasts.
* For some reason if you sweat a lot especially at night. The symptoms are likely to be seen around the neck and it is basically reddish rashes that itch. This area is not cool to have candida infections. When treated the skin would change colour to being darker (if you are dark skinned). So much so that, it is noticeable from a distance.
* The milder type goes on nails, toes and finger nails. They just change colour to look whitish or creamish. Like you have dirty nails. They look dry and flake easily.

What to do when you discover you have yeast infections? The easiest way is to get creams and be on drugs that have been prescribed by either the doctor or pharmacist. This will give you temporary relief. I would recommend following a program that has been developed following 12 years of research. This unique 5 step program that cures yeast infections from the root. Can give you relief in no time at all. This will save you a lot of money.
